If you experience trouble with changing or resetting Wi-Fi connection, please check the following items:
1. Please make sure only the adapter plug supplied by Pixsee Play is used.
2. Please make sure network connection on your mobile device and Pixsee Play are stable.
3. Please make sure Pixsee Play shows a blue flashing light. If it doesn't, press and hold the Wi-Fi button on Pixsee Play until blue light flashes.
4. Please make sure Pixsee Play and mobile are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
5. Verify the Wi-Fi password is correct.
6. Please make sure your phone has Bluetooth turned on and is within one meter of the device for Bluetooth connection.
If the above information has been verified, please continue with the steps below:
1. Please turn off your Wi-Fi router and turn it back on after 10 secs, and reset Wi-Fi on Pixsee App when internet connection is available.
2. If you are still experiencing trouble, please check if both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands are availabe at your home Wi-Fi. Please switch from one to the other band option to set up connection.
Note: When resetting Wi-Fi, please make sure Pixsee Play and your phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
If you are still having trouble, please unbind Pixsee Play from your current account and pair again.
