Pixsee Play stores some of its functional data on the SD card. Please make sure an SD card is installed and formatted in your Pixsee Play device before using it.

Standard Plan Subscribers: The Video Playback feature requires an SD card. If you don't have one installed, you won't be able to use it.

Gold Star Plan Subscribers: An SD card is required for features like Video Playback, Time-Lapse Video, and Expert-Curated Playlists. However, all other features will still work properly without an SD card.
