1. Move pixsee closer to the wireless access point, such as placing Pixsee camera and router in the same room and avoiding walls.
2. Check for other devices currently connected to the same network that use up much of the network resources (e.g. video calling), or other devices performing concurrent downloads or uploads. Delay or pause these operations may increase connection speeds.
3. Use a dedicated wireless network and avoid using a mobile hotspot to connect to pixsee.
If none of the above solutions work, please contact your internet provider.
