Each generated time-lapse video will be stored in the cloud for 3 days. After the video is generated, parents need to open the app and wait for about 5 minutes to download it before they can view it. If parents do not open the app and exceed the 3-day viewing period, the time-lapse video will still disappear. We recommend that parents check the app daily for new videos.
