When Pixsee device detects an event, Pixsee's App system will send a push notification to alert the parents. If an event appeared in the event log but you did not receive a push notification on the pixsee App, please verify the following status:
1. Make sure notifications under "Settings" on your phone are enabled for the Pixsee App.
2. Make sure the Do Not Disturb mode is disabled.
3. Make sure your phone is connected to the internet.
If all of the above have been verified, please log out from the Pixsee App and log back in again. If you still cannot receive notifications from Pixsee device, please contact our customer service team.
