Yes! Follow the steps of "reset Wi-Fi" to set up a new network location for pixsee to connect to.
In order for pixsee to work, you must connect pixsee to an actual Wi-Fi AP/router. If you want to install pixsee outside of the house, please check if your local Wi-Fi provider meets the requirements, e.g., if you are staying in a hotel that only offers a web-based network login, then it may not work with pixsee.
If your mobile phone and pixsee device are connected to different Wi-Fi networks, (e.g., you are outside using mobile network while pixsee is at home on Wi-Fi AP), you may need to hit refresh every 30 minutes to watch live streaming.
Please note that pixseeβs live streaming service may not be available on some internet services (e.g., Wi-Fi/3G/4G/5G in China).
