Infrared night mode turned up but still shows up black on display
When internet connection is stable and the infrared night mode has been turned on, but live stream appears dark on display, please verify the following:
Please ensure the protective film on lens is removed and the lens is clean.
If the above has been verified, please unplug Pixsee, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in again. Wait for a stable green light and relaunch the App.

If you still experience a black or dark display, please contact pixsee helper for further assistance.
